In the event of damage, it is nice and only natural that your damage is repaired quickly and completely. At DGA, you can deal with your damage quickly and easily. Are you insured through DGA and do you have damage? You can read below how you can best report your damage, depending on the situation. We are happy to help you!
Do you have damage to your car and are you unable to continue? Or are you traveling abroad and are there things that need to be arranged immediately, such as medical care? Then call the emergency number directly, they will help you immediately at the emergency center. The emergency number is available day and night.
The emergency number in case of damage to your car is on your green card
You have received the emergency number for your travel insurance with the policy
You can report your damage by phone from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., via our phone number 070 — 355 66 48. In case of damage, you can of course also email us, send an email to schade@dga.nl or click “Report damage”. We will then deal with your damage and deal with this damage for you as soon as possible.
If your car has been stolen, first call the Vehicle Crime Insurance Office on 071 - 364 17 77, then report your damage to DGA via our telephone number 070 - 355 66 48 or send an email to schade@dga.nl.
